It is by no means a more expensive desk on clearance, but I'm satisfied for the price I paid for it. It was delivered in a timely manner and is straightforward to assemble. It's fairly sturdy and has put up with being shuffled back and forth while I plug in the various electronics on my desk. The color came in as a darker brown than I anticipated, but I like it better than the brown pictured.
