Coussin de chaise longue d'extérieur Kacy Sunbrella®

This is the second time we have had to return the Chase's lounge cushion. The first one we bought was not the size that was advertised and looked awful on the chair. We then went through Wayfair to find something else and came across this one. We just received it and it was vacuum packed so it was smaller, but we did not even take it out of the packaging to try because it was totally the wrong color. On the Wayfair website, it comes in one of two colors. Denim and gray stripe or a Java and grey stripe. The cushion we received was solid olive green. Don't know where that came from as it's not even on the website listing as a possibility… Immediately repackaged and returned. Replacement to come end of September, hope it's the right color! And the right product!

Big problem with this order. These chaise cushions were represented as being 3.5 inches thick (see attached specifications screenshot). They are barely 2.5 inches thick (see attached photo) and are very uncomfortable for an average weight man (me - 175 pounds) when installed on a wooden chaise platform (as in the specifications photo). There are not serviceable and need to be returned for a full refund. They arrived in a compression package and so there is no box on hand for me to use to return them and they are no longer compressed. You need to send me a suitable box and a pre-paid shipping label. Worth the wait and look so good! Grey stripes are just as pictured.

Very nice fabric and pattern. This cushion was back ordered and took awhile to arrive. Worth the wait. I'm very happy with my purchase.
