Item shipped in a timely manner (standard shipping). All parts were included; however, it does not have all piece tagged with the correct number/letter which makes it hard to put together. Definitely need two people to put together and be very careful. This is particle board. I personally do not think it's worth the price. Sorry not a good purchase.

Love the desk, but it was difficult to put together and can’t really be moved once it’s assembled because there isn’t enough stability in the center.

Looks beautiful. The only downside is that assembly takes quite a bit of time and patience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. The desk itself looks nice once assembled, but that’s about where the positives end. Mine arrived missing three screws, which means I can’t even attach one of the drawer pulls. A basic, essential piece of hardware…just missing. I contacted Wayfair expecting an easy fix. At first, they said they would send the replacement parts. Great. Problem solved, right? Wrong. A few days later, they emailed again saying they don’t even have the parts and canceled the replacement. Instead, they offered to send me an entirely new desk. That makes absolutely no sense. I don’t need a second massive piece of furniture…I need three screws. When I followed up again, customer service was completely unhelpful and couldn’t even provide the size/specs of the screws so I could fix it myself. So now I’m stuck with a desk I can’t fully assemble and no way to resolve it. And that’s not even the worst part. The filing drawer does not actually fit files. I bought this desk specifically so I could get rid of my filing cabinet and use this drawer instead. Neither setting works. The files will hook on one side, but not the other, so the second you try to flip through them, everything falls down. The drawer is essentially useless, and now I still need my old filing cabinet taking up space…which defeats the entire purpose of buying this desk. The desk is also oddly tall. Even with my chair at its highest setting, I’m still sitting low and have to look up at my monitor. I chose this desk specifically for the monitor shelf and filing drawer, and both of those features ended up being completely impractical. So yes, it’s a cute desk. But between missing hardware, unusable features, and terrible customer service, this has been a huge disappointment. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect Wayfair to actually help fix it.
