This is suppose to be burgundy and they are brown !

I would like to know what kind of people you have working to send out a run that I did not order instead of my dining chair cushion Will be waiting for you to send the correct item. Maybe next time if there is one they can get it right No stars from me.

These are described as burgundy, but they are more brown than burgundy... the picture makes them look as if it is more of a red toned burgundy- it is not. They fit the chairs fine, but slide as you sit on them, ultimately pulling on the ties. My sons tie ripped off in the first 30 minutes of sitting on them at dinner and he was just sitting on it. I will try to re-sew it back on, but at this price the tie should last longer. I believe it is from the way the cushion movesslides forward as you sit on it, so I will look into adding something grippy on the bottoms to help. So overall, I will keep them because we needed cushions and the are an okay fit and height, but color is definitely brown and off white checks, and construction didn’t last a full meal-
