I exchanged the first desk I received with a replacement, because it was damaged inside the box--the front corner was smashed. The 2nd desk had damage on two corners, but it was on the back of the desktop and not as bad, so I kept it. I didn't want to keep exchanging, and I already had the cabinet to match. It seems like the packaging is not good enough to protect the corners of the top, or they are packaging an already damaged item--that's where the damage occurred each time. So be aware that this is an issue. Otherwise, I would be very pleased.

Very sturdy, very nice desk. It looks great too. I don't like that the outlets are in the middle of the table because my monitor stand needs to go there. I had an issue with one of the drawers, but wayfair was helpful in resolving it.
