I am pleased with how well these replacement cushions fit my sofa and chair, which I purchased nine years ago.

While most of the cushions arrived in good repair, one of the seat cushions arrived with broken stitching and the zipper nearly fallen off. The zipper is not usable.

Good quality but a little short

I am so disappointed in these cushions. The ones on the back of the sofa are very flat and don’t fill out the cover. It is like they put the wrong insert in the cover. So when you sit on the sofa it isn’t very comfortable because the back cushion is so flat. The ones I ordered for my chairs are nice and full but they didn’t offer cushions that would fit my sofa. In the second photo, the sofa cushion is on the right and I wish it were as full as the chair cushion which is on the left. They were supposed to have the same depth but they obviously do not.

The Sofa Seat/Back Cushion is shown and confirmed as a 6 piece set. What I received was the middle 2 cushions. I was told to return them for a replacement of the 6. I then received the same initial 2 cushions. After 6 calls to customer support, and was told a ticket was opened to investigate the problem, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. The customer service team is excellent, and no one seemed to figure out, other than me, that the item is mis-marked in the system. I reordered the set of 6 to see if that would fix the problem. Received 2 cushions. The outer two cushions have rounded edges and are different. I DID receive the 4 piece Loveseat cushions as a complete set, so I cannot figure out what the heck is happening. I DID receive the pair of throw pillows. Sharing so that someone else does not experience this. I cannot believe I am the only one experiencing this. It could be specific to this color. Also, despite being a 6 year customer, when I ordered this set, a new account was created which prohibited me from tracking anything or communicating via the order online. This was due to "hide my email" feature through Apple, so be careful of that feature as well. I will continue to purchase from Wayfair, but his challenge has been incredibly disappointing.
