The first set I got they sent the wrong size bottom cushions. Customer service was great. They sent out the correct size before they even got the incorrect ones back. I don't have a problem with mistakes, we all make them. I have a problem if they don't handle them properly. Birch Lane handled it perfectly!!! Great job on the customer service side!! And I love my cushions.

These are very comfortable and really nice looking. I'm going to try and take them in from rain because they are pricey and not sure if they can withstand a Florida summer full time outside.
