U just got these chair covers. Love them, but the print is upside down on one. Can I get a new one sent out? I was hoping to have these for Easter. Thank you, Susan Kaber

Horrible they just are flimsy and don't hold up to a chair - no way to tie them up at the top... would not recommend

I ordered this for an old steno chair which has absolutely no padding. This cushion is wider than the chair, but that is no problem. This has a "pocket" at the top of the cushion which holds it onto the chair. I love that part. I wish it also had a "pocket" to hold it onto the seat of the chair too, but that isn't as necessary as the top "pocket'. It has ties on the sides, but those are totally useless for my purpose. The cushion is working well. Note that the padding on both top & bottom is NOT thick. But I needed relatively thin padding in order for my steno chair to slide underneath the desk (so that I have room to walk in between the chair and our bed). I tried to order another one of these for my new computer chair, but they didn't have a brown one.

I awarded these chair cushions five stars even though the Eiffel Tower as well as the words "Paris," "France" and "Bonjour" appear upside down in three of the four tufted seat and lumbar back supports. This is understandably what happens when furnishings manufacturers don't read English and the mistake likely wasn't caught until too late in the production process. (My Turkish-made rug that I keep to this day substituted an "l" for a "t" in the word "kitchen.") This is a charming oversight and great conversation starter, especially for visitors beholding your patio furniture with a touch French chic for the first time. I certainly hope this error doesn't portend ill for the European nation or its people! Moreover, I find the reversible design absolutely ingenious, leaving the velvet side up as ultraviolet rays would have bleached the linen side in no time in our sunroom. My mother raves about how comfortable the padding is, most importantly, and I simply adore the carte postale motif. I LOVE these cushions, appropriately soft on your tushie!
