Upon taking the components out of the box, we immediately noticed the top of the desk had a large mark on it. We attempted to wipe it off with mild soap and a damp cloth, but it didn’t help at all (seems to be permanent marker). I’m assuming the desk was previously returned by another customer Putting the desk together was simple enough. Everything was well labeled, and the instructions were mostly clear. Some steps required two people. We are pleased that the end result resembles the website photo exactly. The drawers are smooth, the cabinet door is soft close and the color is spot on.

Really happy with this desk! It has a clean, modern look and the black finish makes it feel much more expensive than it is. There’s plenty of workspace, and I love having the drawers, file storage and open shelving all built in. It’s functional without feeling bulky and looks great in my office.
