While this is a beautiful desk, and the material feels like good quality, there is definitely room for improvement! The table top doesn't hinge down to fold away, like other similar products do. The top has clips underneath, which you use to attach onto the foldable metal stand. This means that every time you use this disk with it's intended design, you need to clip the top to use it, and then unclip it when you are done, and the parts are separate from each other when storing it away. This kind of defeats the purpose of the design all together. However, it's not too bad, specially if you decide to use this table more permanently in your space, but if you need to quickly dismount it and save space when storing it away. The reason I give it only 2 stars, is that the desk I received was defective. The clips are already pre-installed (so no need for assembly there). The clips on for my desk were slightly misaligned, so my desk doesn't clip on properly, and the table top is not stable enough to use comfortably. I guess that could be easily fixed if you are savvy with tools. However, I'll be returning mine, because this desk doesn't fulfill the purpose I purchased it for, as a convenient fold away office desk in small apartment that doubles as a living space. It's too much trouble having to repeat the process detailed above, repeatedly on a daily basis.
