The end result looks good but a few improvements are needed to warrant 5 stars. There were no pre-drilled holes for the metal drawer mechanisms. The plastic cabinet hardware seemed unnecessary and the instructions for its use were not very clear. As many other users mentioned, the swivel table should be secured to the main desk. There were places where the cabinet was not quite finished or the paint is possibly peeling off. Some drawer pulls would have made a more complete desk imho.

Beau bureau modulable

Horrible packing, missing # on the parts. Unclear instructions. Missing holes etc. It's been 2 hrs we cannot put it together due to all problems above. Probably will return it tomorrow. Very disappointed

Très satisfait

Update: after having it a few months I've grown to be annoyed with it. The desk part shifts often and the cheap particle board completely cracked during a move when slight pressure was put on the leg. I love this little desk. I had it straight across but actually prefer it in an L. Its a smaller desk, but thats okay because the room Im in is very small and it fits nicely.
