First off I was really excited to get this product. It had such wonderful potential. When it arrived at the house, I opened it up all excitedly only to find that the plastic pieces that hold the bowl to the base were broken. I went online, and another bowl was shipped to me right away. Two weeks later the bowl arrived and when I opened it up, it was dirty, still having barbeque sauce on it from whoever had it before. But even then, I was still excited. I got unit cleaned up and set up ready to go. Setting It was quite simple, however, it is awkward to take off the stand to check whatever is cooking, because the lid needs to be put aside in such a way that the element is facing you. But you also need to do this in such a way that you don’t get burned by the bowl or the element. I did enjoy watching it self clean, but rinsing it out and drying it, was a real pain. This product did not live up to its name. When I wanted to return it, I was charged a 26 shipping fee. Though the rest was put back onto my account fairly quickly. All in all I would say, keep your money and go and buy one at the store. That way, if you want to return it, you get your full refund.
