I think there is something wrong in the assembly line at this company. I received my initial desk and a replacement and was missing the same pieces in both orders. Wayfair was very easy to work with and gave me a refund.

I loved the look of this desk but I would not recommend ordering it. I was so excited to receive it, but unfortunately when it arrived it was missing 17 parts. When I called, Wayfair said they would send a replacement desk and the exact thing happened. The same 17 parts were missing again!? There must be a second box that they do not have included in the shipping instructions. There was a purple sticker on each box that said the delivery team had checked it, but obviously they could not have checked it thoroughly. The Wayfair representative on the phone was very nice and did give me a refund and said to donate or discard the parts. However, the parts that I did receive (twice) were worthless and could not be assembled or salvaged. Frustrating as it wasted 2 weeks of my time and they didn't offer any sort of discount on a future order because I am already Pro member.

Cheap product not worth the money and it’s hard to put together.. big mistake and it came with broken parts see pics and not happy with it .. now it’s a problem for me .. because I can’t use it and even if I did it will be very annoying to look at .

Im in love with this desk, it is super high quality and worth the money. There was only one main issues which was that it was very difficult to drill in two screws to secure the legs of the desk. We ended up having to use a drill to get them in despite the instructions stating that a drill shouldnt be required. I wasnt worried because the legs were already very secured whether I added the screws or not. I cannot emphasize how sturdy this desk is. In the manual some diagrams were unclear and drawn incorrectly. Specifically for attaching the metal tracks to the drawers. Also none of the screws and hardware were labeled despite them having labels in the manual. So you just had to match the part to the picture. Outside of that the desk and hardware is high quality and I love the product overall, it was just a bit of a puzzle at some points but nothing I couldnt figure out on my own and Im a 25 year old female XD. I like that I can use it as a corner desk or slide the cabinet under easily if I want. I wanted it to be straight along my wall (as pictured).

Ordered the desk came on time package nicely. Opened box to 17 prices missing!!!! 17, called to find out if there is a missing box was told no and that they will ship out replacement. I said is it the same box or bigger they said bigger. Replacement came missing 14 pieces still, I had double of 15 pieces. The first and last time I order from here. Between the two packages I was still missing 14 pieces waist of my time and now I have to dispose of it because they didn’t pick it up
