Cheap, cheap and cheap

The product came with severe cosmetic damage. When I try and report an issue on line it times out and will not let me submit my return request. Both of the panels legs/sides are damaged cosmetically and I will not be able to use this piece. Structurally this is a beautiful piece, and I’m so disappointed that I’ve wasted my money and am unable to get a return. I’ve had great experiences with Wayfair in the past but I guess this is part of the gamble? To be fair, it it hadn’t come damaged I would love this piece.

Pretty once I put it together except there were scratches and wood chipped off of the side ladder when I went to put it together. I dont want to hassle with return so i kept it. Hoping to repair myself

Happy with the purchase. Looks great and feels sturdy. Easy to assemble.

Nice desk and it feels very sturdy however i noticed that the wood was chipped or scratched in a lot places when i took it out the box
