The material was great, the way it was packaged was horrible, it was rolled and shrink wrapped which resulted in very lumpy cushions, partly because the foam in the backs are huge chunks not a solid piece of foam. They would not smooth out even after sitting for days. The corners had no stuffing in them. I had to buy small soft foam pieces to fill in all the holes, and upholstery batting to wrap the packet of foam that they put in the cushion in order to "smooth" everything out. They still aren't perfect but better than they were. Wayfiar/seller did issue a partial credit to help cover cost of repairs to the cushions; this was done in a timely matter which helped.
