I love the desk. But on my 1st order the desk top was cracked completely in half. They sent me another 1 also cracked but only on the underneath of desk top. I just kept the 2nd top because the way it was packed I think it will just keep happening. They need to figure out a better way pack this item so the desk top doesn't crack in half.

I use this desk daily and i am not happy with the quality of the top. Its getting marked up from use. Just every day use .

Horrible experience with this desk. Arrived with top broken all the way down the center rendering it completely useless. Contacted customer service for a replacement top, was assured yes we will get this out to you. Over a week later I receive a box definitely not big enough for a 55” top. Call customer service again. Again I’m told we’ll send the correct part out. Guess what arrives this time, a box about 12” big!! Do they think this is a dolls desk?? So now I’m STILL waiting for the correct part and have zero faith I will get it. I’ll be contacting my credit card to dispute this charge and will never order from Wayfair again. This is the 2nd time we’ve ordered a furniture item from Wayfair that was completely damaged and broken upon arrival.

Love the desk! Except they didn't send me all of the pieces required to complete it. I have to wait a week.

Desk arrived damaged in shipping. Wayfair CS was extremely helpful and sent replacement. Overall, the desk looks nice, but is rather flimsy and was very difficult to assemble. Also had piece inside cabinet that was damaged from the factory, did not bother to have replaced.
