I tried to return two seat cushions because the stitching and quality is very low and the fabric was coming apart. After submitting three return requests it's only showing that I can return one of the two defective cushions

It’ took too long to get my item. It didn’t even soo til 6 days after it was estimated to be delivered. I called and they said they couldn’t do anything. And this faded like no other. Also it holds water as if it’s not for outdoor use.
