Overall very happy with this table top. It lose a Star because there is some scratch on the metal and one plank is missing some of the protective coatings.

I bought the "Industrial Earth & Desk" (comprising the "Industrial Farmhouse Table Top" and "Simple T Base, 28"). Both shipments arrived quickly but were severely damaged due to terrible packaging. I returned the first set unopened for free replacements. The new packages arrived just as banged up—clearly a systematic issue with this seller. The legs were damaged right through the torn box, though the table top initially looked okay. However, for a $700 item, the "Made in China" craftsmanship is completely lacking. As seen in the photos, the iron frame has dents, the screws are crooked and not flush, the frame pieces don't meet neatly, and it doesn't align properly with the wood. While the real wood veneer looks nice with its matte finish, the layer is incredibly thin. Half of the table's thickness is just plywood, making it sound very hollow. This is absolutely NOT a $700 item and should be priced much lower given the poor quality. Very disappointing. Avoid this item and the seller, Heirloom. I am very skeptical of the positive reviews. I am going to go buy a butcher block with the same dimensions and some legs for it instead. It will be a lot cheaper and of way better quality.

Solid enough legs, totally served my purpose. Needed new legs for banquette and shorted table top. The legs finish is b-grade. Warps and chips. Fortunately small and under the table where only toddlers will notice.
