Great fit for our living room as far as color goes. Wish they were a little more thick.. thought they would bulk up over time but did not. Not as comfortable for long sitting periods

Disappointing size discrepancy between what I ordered and what was delivered. I recently received my custom cushion, which I ordered at a length of 72 inches. Upon measuring it out of the packaging, the cushion is at least 3 inches short of the requested length. I understand that vacuum-packed cushions often require time to expand, but because this cushion is already enclosed in its finished fabric cover, it is physically restricted and does not have the room to expand to the promised dimensions. As it stands, the product does not fit the space it was intended for. I’m hoping customer service will replacement the cushion with the side. I ordered because the fabric seems nice and the color matches nicely as well. If for some reason, it miraculously grows 3 inches I’ll take down this review.
