I wish I could return this. The screws were too long and the legs didn't align with the top, resulting in a completely wobbly desk and there's simply no fix to that. The drawer didn't align well either, and doesn't close fully. The color looks nice though; it's a coastal kinda white, and you can see the wood grain through the coat.

Very heavy and sturdy solid wood table. Originally delivered item was damaged due to the nature of this product but wayfair customer service was prompt to address issues and send a replacement product despite the table being so heavy! 4 stars because the product is too heavy but looks beautiful!

Wow! This writing desk is solid. It was so easy to put together. It took about 20 minutes start to finish. The drawer is plenty roomy and goes from front to back. It slides open easily. The light colored wood has a stained wash appearance.
