Perfect for my son to do school work!

I received a damaged desk. The corner was crushed. White finish was damaged . Total disaster. I received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They kept offering us a discount to keep the damaged item, then a specialist to come repair the item. I spent an hour communicating with text assistant, and a customer service associate. I was told they cannot do anything at this time and the manufacturer will contact me in 1-2 days. They are pushing us to keep the item or have replacement parts sent. I have explained over and over I do not want to keep this damaged item. It looks like it has been returned and repackaged. Tissue paper and scotch tape on the hardware was a red flag it has been returned. Plus, the damaged corner and cracked paint finish. Excellent customer service would have initiated a return of this item, scheduled a UPS/FEDEX pickup for the damaged item. Then offered us a replacement for the damaged item. I had to submit photos, text for 30 minutes, spend 15 on hold… just to be told to wait 1-2 days to see what the manufacturer is willing to do??!! Terrible product, terrible service, terrible experience. Also, this is our second time getting a damaged item.

Beautiful desk, was very easy to put together.

Smaller than it looks in pictures. Measure so you can see the actual dimensions in your room. Very hard to assemble I still can’t get the drawers to function correctly. The gold hardware started chipping after 6 months.
