I was so excited when my KALORIK VIVID was delivered, then I did the first preheating before the first usage, WOW ,The odor was TERRIBLE!!! For 3 days I tried everything ,vinegar & lemon , hospital sanitizer, and different dish detergent ,I ran it about 10 times at 400 degrees for 20 min. Nothing worked, I returned it and that awful smell is still in our home.I recommend STAY AWAY the odor is HORRIBLE!!!! Shame on you KALORIK!!!

Fantastic unit. Great price. The touchscreen really makes it. Just wished it had an app and its firmware can be updated.

So disappointed. Can not find a video or cook book to teach me to use it! Chef Jamie demonstrated this on HSN but if you want me to buy something I need cooking instructions and ideas. I like to be able to use something as soon as I get it home!!!
