The delivery was professional however the customer service was not. I called wayfair while waiting for the item to ship because I saw at 1 point that the assembly was being offered for free after I made my purchase and I wanted to add this to my order. I was told that it was going to be included but when I asked again the day before delivery, I was told that they didnt know what I was talking about. What I dont like is being told different things by different people. I would not be disappointed if I was never told that the service was going to be free only for them to tell me this was not the case 24 hours before delivery and furthermore if I wanted it now it would cost me $90.
