I’m not sure how it’s ergonomic, at all. But it’s heavy asf, so put it where you want it because you’ll want to leave it there. If not, lift with your legs because it’s going to be a battle. It’s a good sturdy, sit stand desk. Putting the screws underneath the desk where the buttons go was hard, we just made some extra holes, it fits fine gives it a little character sitting a little crookedly. Oh, I bang my ankles underneath the desk, to the right, enough I have to make sure I stay conscious of it.
