Absolute love the desk. It is high quality and looks way more expensive than it actually is. I can’t say anything about assembly since my husband put it together, but it only took him about 30 minutes.

Beautiful desk truly. However When I opened the package, I was very disappointed to * Multiple corners and edges were significantly scratched, damaged, and worn. * One of the tracks that holds the sliding drawer had been completely ripped away from the board, pulling the screw holes out with it. As a result, the track cannot be properly reattached. * There were no assembly instructions included. * A board needed to complete one of the drawers was completely missing. * The desk is therefore damaged and cannot be fully assembled or used as intended. I completely understand purchasing an open-box item means accepting that it may not be in perfect, brand-new condition. However, damaged structural components, missing parts, and an incomplete product are not simply normal signs of an open-box item. I purchased a desk that I expected to be complete and functional. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I am now left with an incomplete and unusable desk. I also understand that open-box purchases may have different return restrictions, but I don’t believe a customer should be left without a reasonable solution when an item arrives damaged and missing essential parts.

Was delivered damaged, with multiple pieces of wood split. Had to return.

The shipping was delayed and didn’t come as promised and box was beat up but the desk is sturdy. It’s not as light as in the picture and appears to be wood laminate over particle board. The instructions were clear except for one part which has you adding the metal rod which we missed and we were also missing a screw but was able to assemble without it.
