Worked one time but after that, kaput! Electrical failure. Masterbuilt is not accepting any phone calls at their toll free number. All customer service issues are “handled” exclusively online but In my opinion their website is non-user friendly. I was unable to let them know of my problem with their product. Thank God Wayfair stepped up to make things right and will be shipping out a new unit for me. I’ll miss Thanksgiving but I’ll receive it in time for Christmas. Thank you Wayfair because I don’t have 250 to throw away.

This is great for crabs. Simple to clean up. Great for family gatherings

This thing lives up to it's name! Its huge and can handle your Thanksgiving Turkey with no problem. I purchased this for a fish fry for my sons graduation and everything was a breeze including clean up. Spoiler Alert....this also doubles and triples as a steamer and boiler! My hubby cant wait for to do a seafood boil in the backyard.
