Color was true to online picture, fit our chairs perfectly, and are water resistant!

These are thick and firm and comfortable. We have only had them 1 day, so I am curious how well they will hold up. I am disappointed in the color. I was expecting a darker grey and instead received a med-light grey with a strong blue undertone. They look more of a steel tone than ash grey. - ended up getting these exchanged TWICE and colors were wrong both times! The ash grey is a very light blue.grey. The stone/cream color is a beige-y pink color... gross! Wayfair customer service was wonderful through the entire process (a couple months), but I do wish they had better quality control over the item and their descriptions.

I ordered this cushion in the color "Ash", but received them in a much lighter color gray, which Wayfair Customer Service confirmed with my photo is the color "Gray". They resent my order for Ash, but I received the wrong color TWICE MORE! Kudos for Wayfair for responding professionally and kindly, but they don't seem to have any communication with the warehouse. I gave up, cancelled my order and ordered another brand from them in dark gray.

Great quality fabric. The color is exactly as pictured. Seem to be sturdy enough to hold up against the AZ sun for several years. My only complaint is that the back cushion is shorter than the back of my patio chairs. I have three different patio sets and it is too short to reach the top of all of them.
