This desk is pretty. It is more brown-red than this picture shows. It was packaged well but still had dings and the corners bent and scratch on the side and if you are in the states know it ships into CA and then ground at least to the east coast and expect damage. The wayfair people were responsive and great about it and offered return for replacement and all. My only complaint about the desk is the cable management. It is open in the back so probably fine up against a wall. But if it isn’t against a wall then the cable management is really non existent.

Amazing desk. The wood finish is lovely, the style is perfect for my MCM home. Easy to put the legs on. And it arrives quickly. I am so pleased with this purchase.

Great quality, solid and minimal assembly. Only teas the bracelet between the legs was damaged

The desk is a solid piece, very easy to assemble and the color wood is better than in the picture. However the top left side on the desk was damaged. We decided to keep it to mot deal with returns and claims. The damaged wood side mess up the whole online shopping experience that until the desk was assemble was good….

Edit: I purchased and reviewed this desk when it was marketed under Signature Design by Ashley as the Lyncott desk. It is now going by a different name: Franceska by Wildon Home. This desk is almost as expected. It arrived undamaged. It was simple to put together by myself but you definitely need a second person to stand it upright. I only had to attach the legs and back leg support bar. Everything else was already assembled. The only issue I have is where the top work surface meets the right and left sides of the desk. On the left, there is a little gap where you can see unfinished wood under the top of the desk. I may use a brown marker to try to hide this. On the right, it looks like they tried to color the gap brown but was done kind of in a sloppy way. Otherwise, I am happy with this purchase. The desk is sturdy and has a large work surface.
