The problems I've had with these last two items have been pretty bad. The dresser { received had 3 parts broken, and the wooden top was severely cracked on the edge, and the corner shelf didn't have a hole punch so you could screw in the screw, but I punched on it with the screw driver and the hole came out , then I've gotten the whole metal frame of the corner desk put together and the top wooden piece, but I'm almost done trying to put the second shelf on the metal stand, and there aren't any holes in the wooden piece to screw the screws into it with. That's really incompetent!!! i sure hope you don't do this with all your customers, I guess you had to do it to me. Which Is totally unaceptable. I don't want to send it back, but this has got to stop, and now I'll have to arrange to get another replacement, I just got my internet, too. Now you're stopping me from getting to do things with my internet . I don't have a table to put my laptop on!!! Just what do expect me to do? This is the worst customer service I've ever had!!!.
