I ordered a coffee table(-$800) and it was delivered with broken legs and cracked table top. I got a refund and immediately ordered another style costing the same amount. The next table i received had chunks out of one of the legs. I have pictures of all the damage.i chatted with a customer rep who then ordered me hardware which was not what I needed. I just needed a leg replaced. Talked to another rep who had me rebox a 93 pound table for pickup which I did. I got multiple cancelation emails and no confirmation about the pickup then all of a sudden a table appears. And it was damaged also. Cracked leg and table top. I just took it to a repair shop and paid another $200 to repair it and kept it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WAYFAIR AGAIN.Shoddy products,careless delivery service,un helpful customer reps.
