Even if it was free it wouldn’t be worth the price. Between my partner and me, it took us about three days and half a dozen heart attacks to get it assembled. Partially because we hadn’t prepped as well as we thought, but mostly because of the manufacturing quality. The instructions were incredibly vague, half the posts labels had fallen off leaving us to a lot of detective work, and several of the pilot holes were drilled in the wrong spot. It gets one extra star because it does look nice all said and done, but I don’t expect that to last given how soft the wood is.

I don’t have the skills to put this car port together so hired a local service. Assembly is complicated by subpar hardware (most of which has been replaced), poor design (had to add a brace to the front-heavy structure to prevent it from collapsing), poorly fitting pieces, and thin metal roofing (also replaced). Looks great now that it is finished, but assembly, revisions and adjustments increased the total cost by more than twice the cost of the carport.

Absolutely do no purchase. This arrived with no hardware. For $1700 you better come with the parts to put it together

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BUY THIS! Nothing but a huge headache and I’m out well above the amount paid. I hired a handyman to put this up for me. They got the concrete drilled, set up the posts, assembled the roof beams only to find out the holes in the posts for the roof are way too low. They explained drilling new 1/2” holes through the 6” beams would be very hard to get correct. They would not line up perfectly like the machined holes. The extra hours I had to pay really set me back. Wayfair did send me new posts but it took another 2 weeks to receive them. My handyman is now on other jobs and guess what!? The new posts have the same INCORRECT holes!!! When I asked for a refund they want me to send the thing back! You have got to be kidding me. There were 7 badly damaged 100lb or more boxes when it delivered. The boxes came destroyed. There’s no way I can pack this back up, and taking it to UPS they want to charge me hundreds of dollars to box it up. Not to mention paying to have it all disassembled and brought to the shipping store. Again, the parts are incompatible. The roof won’t go on. The replacement parts have the same issue. DO NOT BUY.

As of now, I have to assemble the product. So far everything has been satisfactory. I will be able to attest to the product quality shortly. No packing damage is witnessed.
