All boxes arrived and they look in to be in good shape. A total of six boxes, all clearly labeled with the different parts. This was a lot to assemble but it went slow and smooth. We are very happy with the quality

Several parts were damaged and dented, despite no damage to the boxes. Structurally it appears to be sound, but the dents make it pretty ugly.

Firstly, an entire box was missing, received a week later. Had to wait and after all that inconvenience, the Gazebo was leaking.Emailed the supplier but little to no help at this moment. There also a few damaged parts which I was able to fix. Overall I was disappointed.

Our 12' X 20' Gazebo arrived exactly as said. April 17 first box and the other 6 boxes the next day! No damage and all parts included. Found hardware in the 6th box which made us nervous they were not included. So open all boxes when you get it. Will be installing in next couple weekends. Love the gazebo so far looks and seems well made! Definitely going to take at least 2 people to put together maybe 3 when doing the roof on one this large. So far extremely happy and hopefully when all said and done even happier! Will try to update when done! Happy Easter to All!
