Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! I hope it will keep my concrete in great condition for next 3-4 years.

I have been using these sealer for a number of years now. I love it. Easy application. It last for a number of years and clean up is easy. I use this for both my driveway and back porch.

I bought this product to reseal a 12 year old cement driveway - hoping the water-based material would be less obnoxious and still effective. Using the recommended coverage numbers, I ordered 10 gallons. The coverage was so good that I found that I only needed 5 gallons to get effective performance. Having 5 gallons remaining, I asked through the webpage if it was possible to return an unopened container for refund. To my gratification, it was not only possible, but Foundation Armor provided the shipping label gratis. This product performs as well as solvent system I used in the past, is easy to apply with a cheap garden sprayer, it creates no discernable odor, and on top of that the product support staff is wonderfully responsive and helpful (thanks Mike!). I will be coming back.

We put this down a couple months ago and it PERFORMS! Keeps the water beaded and off of our concrete beautifully. I've never seen anything like it, it's like wax for concrete. You can't tell it's there and it doesn't change the color, but it works great.
