The container was delivered broken. Looks like was punctured for some heavy equipment. We have to pouring what was leftover on the original container into another container wasting more of half of the product., because of that we have to applied only one very tiny layer. Never complain until now because we don’t want to blame the driver, we believe that happened during load . We do not expect any acción for this accident. This was a very expensive product and we can’t afford to order again right now. That is the reason for only 1 stars, “ poor handlings.” Again sorry for the qualification. But we are very disappointed since we are a retired couple and feel wasted $ 250 dollars.

Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. Gloss seems much brighter and just seemed to go down easier. Of course it will a year or two before I know for sure, but so far it looks great.

So far everything is excellent. We'll see next year how it holds up. Great packaging and drum spout design too.

We are very pleased with the results. We have a salt water pool and this sealer has prevent concrete pops. The customer service is amazing! If you have any questions, they are so helpful in walking you through the process. I will continue to use this product.

My husband and I used the Foundation Armor AX25 on our pool deck pavers. We were very pleased with how easy it was to apply with a paint roller with a long handle and a 2” paint brush to get under the small edges. Our pavers were 2 years old and had never been sealed. The AX25 brought out the colors in them, giving them a rich gloss appearance, and got rid of the gritty feel when you are barefoot. The technical staff and customer service staff were extremely helpful with all our questions and they were very easy to reach by phone. We highly recommend this product.
