Perfect Peach. It definitely gets the job done. And it comes with a book of workouts you can do with the band.

This is a heavy duty cloth resistance band with a no-slip surface on one side that makes it excellent for a variety of resistance exercises, especially for leg work. Comes with a nice, modest manual with recommended uses.NOTE: it is not long enough to place behind the shoulders and do arm presses or to stand on to do squats or substitute for dead lifts.

I got the product I expected. Love how its woven elastic so its much stronger than traditional resistance bands. I've not experienced any tugging on my skin.

ELASTILOOP USER FRIENDLY VS RUBBER BANDS I have at least 12 different bands and loops, but what sets this Go Fit Elastiloop (wide band) is that it’s super comfortable when using it. I never have to keep adjusting it as I do with the rubber bands. It’s very sturdy. I use it with confidence; no fear of it snapping. I really love this Elastiloop. I hope they use this same concept for arms (smaller diameter). If they come out with extra small Super Elastiloop for glutes, I would buy that one too. Again, this band is super comfortable! I wish I had known about this product earlier.
