Strapped this in the door and started working out. It's a great tool to keep you in shape at home. I like the multiple grips so that you can perform multiple exercises. Pros: Multiple grips and easy assembly.

I am usually pretty smart, but this was really hard for me to put together. And it doesn't feel as sturdy as I thought it would.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried out my new "GoFit Elevated Chin Up Station" - it is very sturdy (not by commercial standards but compared to other door mounted pull-up bars); and it's tall enough for me to comfortably do pull-ups. I'm 6'2'' an 220lbs, and the chin-up station is sturdy enough to hold me. At its highest setting, the bar handles are actually above my door frame, which is something that the other doorway pull-up bars cannot match (at least the ones that I've seen). With competing doorway mounted pull-up bars, my knees practically drag on the floor.I buy and sell a lot of weightlifting equipment, and have been a weightlifter for 20+ years. I'd definitely recommend this doorway mounted pull-up bar over the others that I've tried and returned over the years.

BUY IT!! Easy to setup. I’ve already put this puppy through the ringer in the little time I’ve had it. Lol Over 2000 pull-ups in a month with a 20lb vest. Definitely would recommend to anyone trying to get a good workout at home. This is my 4th home pullup bar I’ve owned. Gave away my others over the years as I’ve been in and out of gyms and again out cause of covid19. So had to buy another but definitely the best I’ve owned. I love how it elevates you above the door frame so you won’t have to pick up your feet much. I got the knee raise sleeves afterwards that hook onto the bar and works great as well. Now the only drawback is the foam is soft and will damage your door frame so make sure to fortify the ends ASAP. I used some old knee sleeves and works great. Also the foam grips start to rip too but just buy some goat tape and your good. I imagine the foam grips would hold up better if your not using the bar everyday I like did. Lol
