The instructions could be numbered in a more logical sequence for assembly. A physically-tasking process, so the more hands the better. Description says "includes oversized roller bag for easy packing and transport" -- NO. It has a cover that slips over the frame (does not enclose fully) with no wheels. It's easily a two-person carry, and it felt a lot heavier than the advertised 73 pounds. The cover doesn't include a pocket for the ground spikes either. All of those things are somewhat problematic (only docking one star), BUT it is very nice when put up. Our yard needed more shade for get-togethers, and it will work perfectly.

I just have to say this was a great buy. I was able to fit 4 6ft. tables under the tent. The tent was easy to set up, but you need at least 4 people, 6 people will make it super easy. There is nothing to assemble. The tent is already assemble and you just open up, place the cover then place the stakes to hold the tent in place. One thing I didn't notice until I was taking the tent down was that you could raise or lower the tent, so that was nice. Taking down the tent was much easier, it only took 2 people. As for weather resistant, this stayed up for 2 days after our party in which time we got quite a bit of rain and it held up great. Overall, 5 stars. The price was very reasonable compared to other sites and stores and was delivered in 2 days. Definitely recommend.
