Extremely well-made/solid construction. Delivery took about 1 month. Arrives in gigantic wooden crate. I *may* have uttered a few four-letter words uncrating it, but it did arrive intact. It's very heavy, so was difficult to move; I'm glad there were no steps or stairs to navigate! In the end, it's a solid piece that will serve me and my store well for years, I expect. The black finish looks great with the black tables & black fireplace, also from Wayfair. A warning: I unintentionally dinged the desk while uncrating it... although there is *some* padding, it wasn't enough to protect the desk from damage while using a crowbar to uncrate it.

This has been a great addition to our store. Well built, lots of storage. Very happy with this purchase. Can’t wait for our next store refresh when we will be putting this piece front and center.

It is rare to find a piece that is actual wood (not particle board); and fully assembled! It has nice features like velvet under the pull out keyboard tray to keep it from snagging your clothes. Ideally, it would be just a little taller and the top would be slightly wider; but that is a design issue, not a product issue as it is true to the measurements provided. I am pleased with the overall experience, purchase, shipping, delivery, and customer support after delivery.

This desk looks high-end and has great storage behind it. Perfect fr a business front desk area.

Love this reception desk so much. Very well made. Sturdy. Everyone has complimented how beautiful it is. Using this in my med spa. Locking storage is an huge plus. Arrived fully assembled in a wooden crate. Wayfair delivery drivers were amazing.
