Arrived with a broken drawer support. Impossible to put together. The support was missing a screw straight out of the box, showing it likely wasn't even packaged correctly. To get a refund, I had to ship back the entire 110lb box. Don't waste your time on this. You can see one screw was never put in, the wood frame under the drawer support is cracked, and the screw holes were stripped out, making it impossible to even screw back together.

The quality of this dresser is great. Assembly is fine however there are 3 visible parts that are damaged. They are shipping replacement parts.

Very impressed with the design, quality and customer service. This is a lovely dresser, takes some time and patience to assemble but is very solid and appealing once done. The fit is excellent. I had zero problems with bolt holes not lining up etc. Unfortunately it arrived missing a trivial but essential piece, but Wayfair and the manufacturer did get that to me in very short order. Very happy with this purchase.

After putting it all together, one of the drawers won’t fit due to screw holes being in the in correct spot

Very difficult to assemble. Edges do not align nicely. Top was damaged by a bolt that pushed past the socket.
