Nice cabinet, but I can’t recommend it. The original order arrived with missing parts, and after numerous emails, a replacement was sent with the exact same parts missing. Even the assembly technician was surprised. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating and time-consuming experience.

Ordered a Curved Solid Wood Wine Cabinet from 17 Stories on Wayfair. It arrived damaged (chipped wood in front panel) with mismatched panels, and visible safety concerns (a sharp edge poking out of the chipped wood). The seller (17 Stories) proposed a 15% discount to keep the damaged item even after seeing photos of proof of the damage. From there it was a tedious process to get a full refund (from Wayfair, not even 17 Stories). Would not order from 17 Stories.
