The delivery arrived on time, so there were no issues that way. However, I have attached pictures of the box that the mattress came in, as well as the box that the frame came in. As you will notice on the pictures, both boxes were damaged and totally wrapped with tape. I don’t know if it was FedEx, the delivery service, that caused all the damage to the boxes or if it was your warehouse. We were very fortunate, like I said, the mattress and the boxspring were not damaged except for one small corner of the frame that was scratched where the box was ripped open in that corner. We put the scratched part towards the back of the bed frame in our room so it does not show. You may wish to speak with your warehouse people or the delivery service to make sure that they are more careful. Thank you.

Absolutely horrible doesn’t hold any weight the support bars broke has zero support have to be so gentle getting in and out of bed

Very Nice beautiful rustic color as described, sturdy platform bed, and headboard storage is fantastic. Features charging station at such a convenient spot. Father in law loves it.

The installation wasn’t hard at all, it looks great and feels steady. It’s a good purchase for the price I paid.
