I don’t expect premium quality from Wayfair, but I’ve generally come to respect the company for offering inexpensive furniture that, while not built to last forever, is at least functional. This unit falls below even that standard. The front of each shelf is supported by a metal bar that runs across the width of the unit, but the back is supported only by a single screw driven about an inch into the narrow edge of particleboard. That’s an inherently weak design for anything expected to bear weight. I bought this piece to display my liquor collection, but I have serious doubts that it will safely support the load over time. I certainly wouldn’t trust it as a bookshelf. The shelf support design is inadequate for the purpose of, you know, holding things up for display.

It’s a very good looking, solid and sturdy shelf — exactly as described

Missing assembly guide. Missing parts. Poorly packaged. Very delayed responses on service. The manufacturer did a poor job and Wayfair services support is very slow by comparison to other online retailers. But Wayfair seems to feel apologies help.

Easy to put together. Holds alot. Good use of space.

Looks good I noticed a board was a little cracked when I got to assembling the top (in my mind, too late to take it apart, and send it back for a piece that I can hide when I put it in its final spot). No one sees it but I know it’s there… I do like it enough to order another corner shelf unit.
