Looks great, but the assembly was frustrating. You have 2 choices Either all the shelves can be screwed in securely which results in only 1 of the back X bars being able to line up and atatch (see photo) , or you assemble the frame with both X pieces in which case most of your shelf holesscrews wont line up. It is fairly stable once assembled, but feels tippy forward and back, so make sure you anchor this to your wall. I will add it DOES come with self leveling feet which helped a bit. These shelves will NOT work for paperback books as the space between the black supports is too deep to lean the books against to display them upright. You will need an extra large book at the ends or bookends to display your books upright. For the price Id say they are just shy of 4 stars. The wood of the shelves does look nice .

Unfortunately, this was a bust. One of the holes of the cross bar wasn’t in the right place and so we were unable to assemble the shelf according to the instructions. We kept it by make-shifting an attachment using zip ties, but without the weight of our books the shelf is a little wobbly. if the returns process wasn’t so terrible, I would have sent it back. As it is, I cannot in good faith recommend this purchase to anyone. Do not buy this shelf!

It looks nice after being built. Serves its purpose. Would be better if the shelf was real wood.

Using this as a game shelf for all our games. Nice and wide, fits tons of big game boxes. It looks great and fits perfectly in the space. Great price when I did some comparison shopping.

Not good quality. Holes don’t line up for the shelves or the back, and I needed to drill new holes in the back for the “X”. Wasn’t worth sending back so I made it work
