I’m giving a low rating because the table and legs arrived with a few dings and scratches. Even though the title and description state “solid wood,” which technically it is, the wood used is very cheaply and will chipscratch easily, which makes sense that it arrived in the condition it did. I’m most upset because the hardware pack wasn’t included upon delivery. After reaching out to Wayfair, they shipped a hardware pack, which was estimated to reach us 10-15 days later and didn’t end up arriving by the estimated delivery date. Fast forward to now, the hardware pack arrived exactly one week after the estimated date, all for it to be missing the screws needed to secure the legs to the table. Rather than dealing with “customer support” again or waiting another month for screws to arrive, we decided to go to a local hardware store to purchase the remaining screws. Still peeved about the scratches, but I’m even more disappointed in Wayfair’s support and professionalism. We had a terrible experience and won’t be shopping with Wayfair again.
