We got what we expected and so far it’s working great but only had it for a few hours so we shall see. Overall great !!

The box was not open or damaged. When I went to assemble the desk, there was no hardware. I ended up going to Menards to buy everything needed to assemble it. The cost of the screws were almost the cost of the desk itself. I would not buy this brand again.
