While this desk is functional overall, the listing does not accurately represent the product you’ll receive. The photos make the desk appear much more robust and substantial than it actually is. The biggest issue is the upper monitor shelf. The listing suggests it can comfortably support multiple monitors, but based on my experience with a single 39-inch curved monitor, I wouldn’t trust it with expensive equipment. Even after ensuring every fastener was properly tightened, the upper shelf remained noticeably unstable and lacks the support needed to inspire confidence. If you have a more advanced setup that uses VESA monitor arms, heavy ultrawide monitors, stacked displays, or other clamp-mounted accessories, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There simply aren’t sturdy mounting points, and the flex in the upper shelf makes it a poor choice for that type of workstation. The desktop material is also much thinner than the listing photos suggest. Another thing worth mentioning is the LED lighting. The listing repeatedly refers to it as “built-in,” but it isn’t. It’s simply an adhesive LED strip that you install yourself. It’s not difficult to do, but it’s an extra step that isn’t clearly communicated in the listing. Lastly, the space between the desktop and the upper shelf is much smaller than it appears in the photos, so don’t expect to fit much underneath it. This isn’t meant to discourage anyone from purchasing the desk. For a basic setup, it may serve its purpose just fine. However, if you’re expecting the level of sturdiness and build quality portrayed in the listing, or you’re planning a more involved workstation with premium equipment, I think you’ll be disappointed.
