After a long wait on the carrier to deliver this, it finally arrived! Assembly was very easy and I love the color and look of it. Seems very sturdy as well. Very happy with the outcome of this and Wayfair always makes it right.

Very disappointed in this manufacture. On the main boards where the brackets are suppose to go for the rails that holds the mattress can not be attached. The four holes to attach brackets didn't get drilled. There are no measurements to know where the holes should be so I can't even improvise and drill holes myself because I have know way of knowing exactly where to put the. I think it would be an ok head board if I could put it together. Don't know how sturdy it would be because again I can't assemble it.

What a lovely bed. The pictures don’t do it justice. I especially liked the feature that enables you to set the mattress into the frame instead of just sitting on top of it which can cause sliding. The information states simple assembly and for the most part it was. My neighbor assembled this frame for me and he is a professional furniture maker. It took him about three hours to assemble. There was only one section #17, that piece that holes that were not sized correctly and two were missing. Do I chose to not to include that piece as it was in the back of the headboard and it really wasn’t needed. There were two other piece on either end of the headboard that kept it from touching the back wall. It’s comfortable to sleep in and now I can comfortably get and out of my bed. The variable wood shading adds to the beauty of this piece. I couldn’t be happier.

The quality of the wood could be better. The headboard looks much taller in the picture. It’s not as sturdy as I’d hoped although they all hold well together. The assembly was pretty simple although some steps should have been done before others to allow space to tighten the screws.

This is a solid bed where it utilizes metal for the legs and base. It is not difficult to assemble if your somewhat handy and have put together beds before. He headboard has a nice quality look and the footboard could be a bit larger but overall looks great!
