Love the design, but very, VERY soft wood. Softer than pine. Arrived with dents and ding just from normal transit. Top had some sort of Shou Sushi Ban heat treatment, mild, and I like the look, but I can see the lines from where they made passes over the top. I might touch it up with a light sanding and varnish.

Looks so nice behind our loveseat and we bought two stools to go under it to have more seatingeating area. Works for exactly what we needed. Love the design on top
