I've never ordered from Wayfair before because I've always questioned the quality. Turns out I was right. The wood parts were damaged, parts were missing, and parts appeared to be mislabeled. Couldn't even attempt to replace missing parts because it was unclear what I had and what I didn't, not to mention the pieces I did have were damaged. Luckily got a full refund and don't even have to bother returning the thing. This will be the first and last time I order from Wayfair.

I love this baker’s rack! It is extremely sturdy, and the directions were easy to follow! I definitely recommend this for any kitchen!
