The remote control is very convenient, and the heating and massage functions are really relaxing—perfect after a long day. The chair is comfortable with good support, feels well-made, and looks great in the room. Overall, a great value for the price!

amazing!!! Way better than I expected! It fits perfectly in my space and is super comfortable to sit in. The seat is nice and wide, and I love the massage and heating features. Seriously obsessed with this chair—100 worth recommending! Oh, and assembly was a breeze too.

I bought two and do like them aesthetically, but the massaging mechanisms are terribly uncomfortable through the fabric! I won’t ever even use the message feature, so these large lumps through the chair are painful for no good reason. Especially where my thighs hit, those two hard as stone lumps that are approximately 1x2” are already showing through and burnishing the fabric. These will look terrible in just a couple months because I’ve not even had them assembled for one week.
